TEXT AMENDMENT – TX-40-09 - To strike Chapter 28, Zoning Code in its entirety as well regulations in associated sections of the City’s Code of Ordinances and replace with new Land Development Regulations.
ZONING MAP AMENDMENT – RZ-39-10 - To amend the City’s Zoning Map in correlation with the zoning text amendment. |
